Project Overview
GradShowcase is a platform designed to bridge the gap between recent graduates and potential employers. The problem we aimed to solve is the difficulty new grads often face when trying to display their work in a professional, searchable way. Our solution is an interactive showcase platform that allows graduates to present their portfolios and employers to easily browse and connect with them.
Tools and Technologies Used
- Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS
- Frameworks & Libraries: React, Tailwind CSS, Node.js
- Platforms & Tools: GitHub, Vercel, Figma, Supabase

User Experience and Design
GradShowcase puts the user first—whether it's a graduate uploading their portfolio or an employer browsing talent. We used responsive layouts, clean design patterns, and intuitive navigation to ensure ease of use. User-centered design principles guided our development process, including accessible color choices, consistent UI components, and testing with actual users.
Impact and Feasibility
GradShowcase empowers students to present their work professionally, helping them stand out in a competitive job market. For employers, it provides a centralized, elegant way to discover new talent. The platform is scalable and can be adopted by universities, bootcamps, and training programs looking to support their graduates.
