Inspiration

The inspiration to the development of this project is from FreeCodeCamp's tutorial.

What it does

The bot takes open-source/development terminologies from the users, and gives responses. It also posts inspirational quotes from famous philosophers upon request.

How we built it

The bot is built using Python's discord library, and is built and hosted on replit.com.

Challenges we ran into

One of the challenges was to set-up the environment key containing token.

What we learned

This was such a great experience learning a cool functionality about Discord.

What's next for Build a Discord Bot

I plan to learn adding more advanced features into the bot.
