Inspiration

I have a budget, I know where I'm at currently. I know when I'm avaiable to travevel. I wanna know where I can go based on that and the hotels avaiable in each of these locations. It's messy to look up all of these from different websites. We have it for you.

What it does

Input a budjet, input your current location, input a start date and end date for when you wanna plan your trip around. It gives you a list of feasible destination locations. For each of these destination locations, we give you a list of Hotels available, and some cool pics of the Hotel!

How we built it

We pulled an all nighter. We used next.js, react, with typescript to build the web application. We used API from perplexity, used NLP, to process the feasible destinations based on inputs. We used API from Booking.com, to get the respective hotels.

Challenges we ran into

TON of debugging issues, git conflicts, redoing of files, restructuring our folders, all nighter, API key issues.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

PULLED OFF what we desired to implement despite last minute debugging issues with API calls that the entire project was depended upon. We quicly changed what we were doing to cater to what was and was not working.
