Budget Monitor

Inspiration

For the guilds we need to follow up the budget of the COCFL and EDU codes. We do this with a boring Excel sheet monthly extracted from camis.

Why don't we create an automated view? Perhaps some gauges or something more visible than percentages and numbers. And why stop there? If we could make it configurable we can perhaps have a global way of presenting the status of projects?
