Inspiration
At first we wanted to create some kind of game, so we based our game off of Bitlife to showcase financial decisions you can come across throughout life.
What it does
After winning the lottery you have to make the right decisions to keep the money you gained. There will be other choices that may deter you and decrease your money, so you must be smart on how you budget.
How we built it
We built our project using Flutter.
Challenges we ran into
Some of us never used Flutter before, so we had to teach some of the members a new coding language. Additionally, we were not used to using GitHub and had to install a lot of apps to begin our project.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud that we have a working game with some handdrawn images.
What we learned
We learned how to use Flutter and GitHub.
What's next for Budget Life
We hope to increase the amount of scenes in the game and improve the images/interface.
