Considerable number of women worldwide still lack access to reproductive health supplies and every single minute a women dies of pregnancy related causes, usually due to lack of supplies. There is a massive gap between the demand for reproductive health and its supply, due to part to the largest ever generation of young people, the increased risk of sexual HIV transmission and decreased donor support for sexual and reproductive health and rights programming. A proper planning on how funds are allocated and being used has to be taken into consideration. It is through this I have thought it wise to design a develop a software that would monitor and check Aid related transactions in terms of monitory transactions hence answering some of the key questions listed below: 1. Where does funding come from? 2. What have we achieved within the specified period? 3. Is there Inequalities in the distribution of funds? 4. How does the money filter down to those who need it? 5. Who then spends the money for that particular allocation or funds? 6. What Conclusion has been drawn from that Aid in terms of achievements and failures? I believe that as an essential step toward achieving the MDGs is first to find a better tool for monitoring all the resources hence making sure that the intended recipients have access to the aid and proper plan on how the resources should be used has been set. Hence the software “Budgetary and finance monitoring system”. Each snapshot shows an interface of the system where information could be processed.
