Inspiration

We were inspired by our love of plants.

What it does

This app gives you a list a house plants and information on how to care for them. You can add certain plants to "My Plants" and eventually set reminders on when to water.

How we built it

We used React, HTML, CSS.

Challenges we ran into

We were all still new to React, so getting it to work how we wanted it was a bit difficult. For example, using a search bar and navigating pages. Also, deployment was difficult.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of the UI and the functionality that we got working.

What we learned

React is fun, but can be difficult at times. Also, CSS is tricky at times.

What's next for Bud Buddy

We would like to implement reminders/calendar for each plant you own and create a better user experience. We also would add a backend to store more plant data and add log in credentials in the future.
