Buckle Up

Inspiration

The intention to develop our app developing skills and help people drive better inspired us for this challenge.

What it does

The app rewards points to the user based on good driving behavior. These points can be used to redeem rewards.

How we built it

We have designed the UI/UX in Adobe Illustrate and have coded the app in Android Studio. Several APIs were also integrated.

Challenges we ran into

The biggest challenge was the race against time: designing, coding, and presenting the app.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we made the app on time and that it could help people drive safely.

What we learned

We have learned how to integrate certain APIs and more about the android studio.

What's next for Buckle Up

Buckle up is an ambitious app with massive scope for development. There are thoughts on integrating Google maps with Buckle up for responsive feedback.
