Inspiration
Students sometimes struggle with spending and planning out their weeks in terms of dining and parking. So we wanted to create a tool that can assist students with these issues.
What it does
Our application allows students to track their expenses in various categories, and also allow students to track what they can spend their meal swipes on. It also gives personalized recommendations for each student based on preselected preference options. It also gives tips for parking on game days, and game day deals as well. Finally, it gives information about recent deals on high street.
How we built it
We utilized Lovable on the builder track to create an application to tackle these problems.
Challenges we ran into
We had trouble with tracking the different dining options and meal plans.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of making an application that can assist students that are facing issues with budgeting, dining plans, and parking.
What we learned
We learned how to work together to make an application under time constraints.
What's next for Buckeye Life Hub
Next steps would be to integrate actual OSU accounts to track the specific dining plans of students.
