Outer World Background
We thought about creating a simple side scroller game. The character creation was inspired from protagonist of the game "Farafalla" by Bart Bonte. More inspiration drew from the creative nature of colors.
What it does
It's meant to tell a simple story of a character finding their colorful friend.
How we built it
We used the Unity Game Engine to create the mechanics and make8bitart.com to create backgrounds and sprites.
Challenges we ran into
We had rookies using Unity and encountered troubles on color change.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Creating breath-taking backgrounds, simple cute sprites, and accomplishing animation.
What we learned
We learned how to use Unity and got in touch with creativity.
