The construction sector is one of the most complex to manage: unpredictable delays, budget overruns, and critical safety risks are daily challenges. The inspiration behind Dialg'IA came from a simple observation: site managers have access to massive amounts of data (photos, invoices, schedules), but few tools to transform them into proactive decisions. We wanted to create an "AI Co-pilot" capable of monitoring project health in real-time.
What it does Dialg'IA is an intelligent SaaS management platform. It doesn’t just store data; it analyzes it: AI Risk Analysis: Uses computer vision to detect safety anomalies (PPE) on site photos. Financial Mastery: Calculates budget evolution and margins in real-time. Dynamic Planning: Manages Gantt charts with automatic critical path detection. Data Integrity: A "Vault" system for archiving and tactile signatures for regulatory validation.
How we built it The project is based on a modern architecture prioritizing responsiveness and security:
Frontend: Developed with a reactive interface allowing fluid visualization of Gantt charts and risk matrices.
AI & Algorithms: We implemented probabilistic scoring models to assess project health.
Financial Analytics: We use calculation models for cost management, where the current budget B_{current} is defined by: Bcurrent = Binitial + E Amendments - E Invoices
Challenges we ran into UX in Harsh Environments: Designing an interface usable on tablets with gloves or under high construction site brightness. Scoring Accuracy: Developing a "Health Score" that fairly weights QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) incidents against temporal progress. Report Securitization: Ensuring every declared incident is immutably sealed to meet legal construction standards.
Accomplishments that we're proud of The incident analysis module that combines "Photo Proof" and "AI Diagnosis." The clean interface that makes complex data (budgets/schedules) accessible to field workers. The integration of tactile signatures for instant legal accountability. What we learned This project taught us that AI in construction shouldn't replace humans, but act as an additional safety barrier. We deepened our knowledge of complex financial flows and image processing for regulatory compliance. What's next for Dialg'IA Integration of real-time object recognition via CCTV site feeds. Delay prediction module based on local weather history. Automatic report exporting to regulatory inspection bodies.
