Inspiration
Social media like Twitter has witnessed many users expressing their anger and frustration with the current situation. Many have reached out to seek help from the public; but the truth is social media is not the most proper platform to do so. Seeing this, we came up with an idea to create a one-stop app centre to connect established organisations, donors and also local vendors.
What it does
KITA app acts as a one stop app center to help out those in need. This app is also a reliable and trusted platform to make donations where any form of donation can be made just within one app. In addition, this app connects users, vendors and organisations under one roof.

Challenges we ran into
We’ve encountered a few challenges along the way as this is truly a race against time. We managed to make it here and eternally grateful. If time wasn’t an issue, we definitely could finish it properly.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Managed to structure the system completely, able to create an app mockup almost accurate to our planned system.
What we learned
We were able to create the code within a short timespan, learned to navigate around GitHub and Devpost, and learned to design an app mockup.
What's next for KITA
We plan to add more features such as emergency/counselling hotlines and further develop the app continuously.
