Toyota car safety notifier for Pebble.

The aim is to use Pebble's vibrations to inform and improve user's driving by informing the driver of

1. Parking brake is on (at speed higher than 5 mph)
2. High beam is on for more than 5 seconds
3. Any door/trunk is open (with exact details) while driving
4. Driver is accelerating too hard
