A social media app that allows men to surround themselves with a supportive community of men that helps find help in areas where they struggle, such as mental health.

Inspiration

I have been inspired by Youtube content that foments men's mental health awareness and give information and advice on the issues that men tend to struggle. Content creators such as Aba and Preach, Kevin Samuels (Rest in Peace), and Jordan Peterson have been a source of inspiration to creating this project. Their content brougth to my attention the fact that I am not the only one struggling with issues such as loneliness, in fact the stats of suicide should terrify any man and it should be an issue of concern to our society.

What it does

It is a social media app in which men can surround themselves with a collaborative community of men that support each other overcome their struggles by motivating each other with words and resources.

I used Flutter and Firebase

I am proud of delivering an idea and a platform for an issue that represents a huge issue in the men community

What we learned

I learned to use files to theme apps better, avoiding redundancy and increasing productivity.
