Inspiration
Outbound sales shouldn't feel like walking through a minefield. We started BriskReach after watching sales and agency teams struggle with the exact same problems repeatedly: LinkedIn accounts getting restricted because volume jumped too fast, valuable replies missed because they were scattered across multiple inboxes, and opaque tool pricing that required a sales call just to understand. The tools that existed were either too aggressive (high risk, high volume, no pause) or too passive. None of them treated safety as a first-class feature. We built BriskReach because we believe outbound should be safe, transparent, and entirely under your control.
What it does
BriskReach is a LinkedIn outreach CRM built specifically for lead generation agencies and sales teams running volume without the compliance risk. It operates on two foundational modes: you can safely connect your own LinkedIn account via secure, hosted OAuth, or you can scale your outbound volume risk-free by renting "Reps"—fully managed, contracted human LinkedIn profiles with identity setup included.
Key features include:
- Reply-Aware Safety: The moment a prospect replies, future automation pauses instantly for that specific lead to prevent awkward, robotic multi-messaging.
- Agency Dashboard & Isolated Workspaces: Run outbound for multiple clients from a single central view while keeping campaign data, lead lists, templates, and reply histories entirely isolated.
- Built-in Safety Engine: Multi-tiered safety features running independently per seat, including automatic warmup curves, daily activity caps, localized working hours, and message delays (jitter).
- Unified Inbox: View, manage, and manually reply to conversation threads grouped across all connected accounts without switching tabs.
How we built it
BriskReach is engineered as a modern, hyper-scalable web application built on top of a robust and secure tech stack:
- Frontend & Database: Built with a clean, fast-loading user interface powered by Supabase for database hosting, robust authentication, and secure file storage.
- Automation Backend: Powered by an Upstash Redis-backed queue and rate-limiting infrastructure to reliably handle complex multi-account campaign schedules and tick routes.
- Integrations & Delivery: Integrated with hosted LinkedIn auth providers for passwordless credential security, FastSpring and Stripe for subscription webhooks, and Resend alongside Slack webhooks for instantaneous inbound reply alerts.
Challenges we faced
Navigating LinkedIn's strict and constantly evolving ecosystem while guaranteeing account safety was our steepest hurdle. We had to build an incredibly granular scheduling engine that successfully mimics organic human behavior. Developing the "Tick Route"—which checks account status, respects personalized warmup restrictions, randomized delays (jitter), and individual timezone caps before queuing up even a single action—required rigorous back-end architecture testing and deep optimization to prevent database bottlenecks.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud to have launched a platform that shifts compliance risk away from the user. We successfully achieved a zero-password-sharing connection model using hosted OAuth, keeping user credentials fully private. More importantly, we built a fully functional "Rented Rep" infrastructure backed by a strict 7-day delivery SLA, giving growth teams a practical, reliable way to scale outreach volume without jeopardizing their personal reputations or primary brand profiles.
What's next for briskreach
We are focused on deepening our integration ecosystem. Our immediate roadmap features native CRM syncs (HubSpot, Salesforce) to pass hot leads seamlessly into sales pipelines the moment a reply is detected. We are also expanding our built-in AI Draft Assistant to help teams generate even more personalized, high-converting sequence copy based on {company}, {headline}, and {location} variables without turning into generic bulk spam.
