Small freelance jobs can start with a short brief and end with uncertainty about what is ready to deliver. BriefReady keeps the original request beside an editable delivery worksheet.

Paste a brief with explicit acceptance requirements or load the labeled synthetic example. Review source-linked deliverables, edit and reorder checks, and verify the wording you intend to use. Changing a checked criterion clears its previous verification. Mark a package prepared only after its checks are complete. Export actual Markdown for a readable handoff and JSON for an editable copy; import validates and asks before replacing the worksheet.

The application uses offline HTML, CSS and JavaScript with a deterministic line parser, no runtime backend, model, accounts or network requests. It preserves unassigned requirements as questions instead of inferring missing requirements. Browser storage and exports are unencrypted and are not a vault or managed backup. These are working records, not automatic client approval. No customer adoption, measured savings or absolute novelty is claimed.

The application began in an empty project folder on 14 October 2026. The incorporated pre-existing material is the MIT Devpost Learn Skill Pack, pinned to challengepost/learn-ai-basics@a0f065781873e8a7ed9a9a705a8dafa6a0810439; its fourteen curriculum files, license and provenance are retained. Planning follows scope.md, prd.md and spec.md. Application source is MIT.

Existing evidence includes 21 mechanical checks and 24/24 Chromium browser checks at desktop and mobile sizes. The public original demonstration is 150.36 seconds with selectable English captions. These are recorded technical results, not new tests or continuous human review.

Technical observations: wording-sensitive verification prevents an old checkmark from silently applying to a changed criterion. Validating an imported worksheet before asking for replacement preserves current edits on cancel. Browser storage is convenient but requires a portable JSON copy because persistence can fail or be cleared.

Testing: download the repository and open dist/index.html in a current browser. No install, build, account or API key is required. Optionally run python3 -m http.server 8000 --directory dist for a stable local origin. Load the synthetic example, draft and compare source-linked cards, edit a checked criterion to clear verification, reorder and complete a package, export Markdown/JSON, then cancel and confirm a JSON import.
