BriefAI: Meeting Prep Right Before Your Meeting

BriefAI is a n8n automation to give you a detailed meeting prep before any of your Google Calendar meetings. Triggered by an event 10 minutes before the start of your Google Calendar meeting, it'll give you relevant information including: the location (uses SerpAPI to look up the location from your google calendar event), the weather (uses SerpAPI to grab the weather at that location), relevant information about the attendees and the subject by looking through your recent emails and google drive files.

It then sends you an email with all this information in one concise summary. The screenshot below isn't great because I don't have that much data relating to those made up people in the attendee list. But it is effectively searching my Google Drive and Email looking for those people and anything related to those topics. With more time, this would be able to integrate more tools and MCP tools too, that could gather all the relevant data about a calendar event, and give you a summary 10 minutes before that tell you all you need to know.
