Dear all, I unfortunately will have to withdraw the project. As of 10-Apr 10:30 CET I still have not managed to assemble a much needed team. Help was kindly offered by my wonderful mentor Cristina but I think too much time has gone by to still make a meaningful contribution given complexities involved.
I wish all teams of The Global Hack all the best and hope that many things will come from this.
Will try to drive my idea forward outside of the Hackathon and develop it into an Open Source or Fair Code project.
