Who we built this for

College students who need help but don’t use existing campus resources because they’re confusing, time-consuming, or stigmatized.

Why they need it

Support systems already exist, but access is the real barrier. Students often don’t know where to go, what forms to fill out, or don’t want to deal with the friction. They don’t need more information — they need something that takes action for them.

How we used AI

We used AI to interpret a student’s natural language message, detect intent, and map it to the right campus resource. Instead of just returning suggestions, the system generates a structured request and simulates completing forms, turning conversation into action.

What could go wrong

The biggest risk is incorrect routing, where the AI misinterprets a message and directs the student to the wrong resource. There’s also risk in handling sensitive situations where accuracy and clarity matter.

What we’d build next

We would integrate directly with real campus systems to enable actual submissions, expand the resource database to cover more edge cases, and add personalization based on user context to improve accuracy and trust over time.
