A story about make shift cafes on NPR. We wanted to make this resource available digitally to make it more accessible.
What it does
Bridging the Divide has moderators and participants who engage in meaningful discussions about the current state of the world. Four people, two from each side of an issue, will openly discuss their opinions on a topic while a moderator steers their conversation.
How we built it
We used HTML and CSS.
Challenges we ran into
We are somewhat inexperienced coders and we had trouble with formatting the website.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
This was our first collaborative project and we all contributed ideas that led to the final result.
What we learned
We learned how to get GitHub to share our code and easily edit it.
What's next for #BridgeTheDivide
Possible future development in coordination with clubs on campus.
