The problem

Jane Goodall Institute uses Survey123 form and Mediavalet to store camera trap images. Since there is no structured way to keep track of progress, it becomes difficult to manage assets. This can lead to human error, disagreements, and unnecessarily lengthy review

BridgeRest

Bridgerest is a platform that can easily manage a Mediavalet asset's workflow. To get started workflow, Survey 123 form must be completed. While initializing workflow it fetches media valet assets using camera id (key and timestamp). All images must be approve or reject and signed using DocuSign to further process. Admin can view all the workflow status and images while other stakeholders can view status while assigning to workflow.
