What it does
Charles River Community Health Center provides comprehensive, accessible, and patient-centered healthcare services to individuals and families, particularly those who are underserved or vulnerable. It offers a wide range of medical, dental, behavioral health, and preventive care services, ensuring holistic support for the community. Beyond clinical care, the center connects patients to essential social resources, such as housing assistance, nutritional programs, and health education, addressing the root causes of health disparities. By prioritizing equitable care and community well-being, the center empowers individuals to lead healthier, more stable lives while fostering a stronger, more inclusive community.
How we built it
