India’s workforce is largely informal, and millions of workers still depend on word-of-mouth networks to find daily wage or short-term work opportunities. According to the E-Shram database, over 2 lakh people search for daily wage jobs regularly, yet there is no structured system connecting them with businesses that need instant workforce.

At the same time, MSMEs, logistics companies, event organizers, and small businesses often struggle to find reliable temporary workers when demand suddenly increases.

This gap between workforce availability and business demand inspired us to build BridgePoint.

BridgePoint is a hyperlocal platform that enables businesses to post short-term tasks while nearby workers can instantly discover and accept those tasks based on location, skill, and duration.

Our goal is to digitize the informal workforce and create a system where opportunity becomes instantly accessible.

Unlike traditional job platforms that focus on long-term careers, BridgePoint focuses on “Work Tomorrow” — enabling people to find immediate opportunities and helping businesses solve urgent staffing needs.

We envision BridgePoint as the Unified Opportunity Infrastructure for India, where work is accessible, hiring is instant, and opportunity is never out of reach.
