Coffee shops are more than just places to grab a drink, they’re cozy spaces where ideas spark, friendships grow, and creativity flows. We wanted to recreate that warm, welcoming café experience in a digital space, blending aesthetic design, smooth interactions, and elegance, all in a single page.

How we built it

We designed and developed the site using:

HTML5 for clean and semantic structure CSS3 for layout, styling, animations, hover effects, and responsiveness CSS keyframes and transitions to add interactivity and life to each section Unsplash images for high-quality, aesthetic visuals The design is fully responsive, ensuring a smooth experience on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

Challenges we ran into

Handling background scaling without unwanted side gaps Fixing image URLs that didn’t load properly from Unsplash Fine-tuning responsive layouts to maintain elegance across different screen sizes Ensuring all animations worked seamlessly without JavaScript

What's next for Brew Haven Café

Adding dark/light theme toggle using CSS only. Enhancing the contact form with backend integration for real submissions. Implementing a 3D card flip or scroll reveal animations for more interactivity. Turning it into a full café website with online ordering and menu filtering.
