Breakpoint

I built Breakpoint because programming students often get one of two responses when their code fails: “wrong answer” or a complete replacement solution. Neither helps them understand the mistake. Breakpoint finds the misconception behind the bug, changes as little code as possible, explains the idea, and asks one follow-up question to check whether the student actually learned it.
