Inspiration
The inspiration for this video came directly from the song's core lyric: "I am a cinema, make you watch". "Bad Things" is a track with braggadocious, high-fashion energy—it’s about style ("drip drip dripping", "style truly impeccable") and being the center of attention.
We asked ourselves: "What is the biggest, most chaotic, most cinematic location in the world?" The answer was Shibuya Crossing. After the sterile "White Lab" of 'Paradox', we wanted to unleash Brazy into the real world. The inspiration was to take the lyric literally and turn the world's biggest collection of billboards and screens into his personal stage.
What it does
This video is the second installment in our "live performance" series. Its purpose is to: Elevate the "live" concept from a controlled studio to a dynamic, public, real-world location. Visualize Brazy's global ambition. He's not just in a lab; he's on the road, "hitting the road to blow up a new spot". Reinforce his superstar status. By placing him at the center of Shibuya, we are visually stating that he is the main event. He isn't on the billboards; the billboards are the backdrop for him. Showcase the song "Bad Things" in a high-energy, visually stunning context that matches its high-fashion and confident themes.
How we built it
This was a 100% ai genterated. For enviroments we wanted to make all frame to be in Tokyo Shibuya district. So using midjourney we tried to put Tokyo vibe a lot. Character was already created with midjourney for few months ago so we used character weight system in midjourney to have a consistent character. For cinematography, we used specific mm lenses from 20 mm to 70 mm for each shot to capture the image that we wanted.
Challenges we ran into
The biggest challeng we had was natural movement of rapping. Since it's chilling vibe that we wanted to convey we could not used the stereotypical types of rapping gestures that ai company suggested. So we had to make her move in our style then added lypsinc.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Making perfect clips for this kind of vibe for this song is waht we're proud ot.
What we learned
We learned that our audience responds incredibly well to seeing Brazy in realistic, iconic, real-world locations. It makes his virtual existence feel more tangible and impactful.
What's next for Brazy's Bad Things Shibuya Live Music Video
This "Shibuya Live" is the next step in Brazy's "virtual world tour" of live performances. The "White Lab" was the studio; this is his first major public concert.
This opens the door for Brazy to perform anywhere. Times Square? The Eiffel Tower? This format is now a key part of his identity. This also serves as the "performance" video for the track, while we continue to work on a full-scale, narrative Official Music video that will explore the song's themes in a different way.
