Inspiration
As enterprises scale content creation across teams, regions, and platforms, brand consistency and legal safety become nearly impossible to manage manually. We saw brands losing trust due to small off-brand mistakes and facing serious copyright risks from unverified assets. The gap wasn’t creativity—it was governance that could scale at the same speed as content.
What it does
BrandflowAI is an Adobe Express add-on that automates brand governance and creative intelligence.
It performs real-time brand compliance checks against uploaded brand guidelines, verifies image originality through reverse image search, learns from historical engagement data, and generates context-aware, on-brand visuals. It also enables direct publishing and seamless collaboration through enterprise integrations.
How we built it
We built BrandflowAI using a FastAPI-based backend connected to Adobe Express via the SDK.
Brand guidelines are parsed from PDFs, engagement data is analyzed from CSVs and stored as a persistent intelligence layer, and compliance checks run directly on the design canvas. We integrated external services for reverse image search, OAuth-based publishing, and collaboration tools, creating a fully automated creation-to-approval pipeline.

What's next for BrandflowAI
Next, we plan to expand platform support beyond LinkedIn, introduce deeper brand analytics dashboards, add multi-brand and regional rule sets, and evolve BrandflowAI into a centralized operating system for enterprise content governance.
