This is for the one-shot challenge (I had to use a second prompt only to add the badge)
Inspiration
I noticed that founders, indie hackers, and builders often struggle to clearly define their brand identity in the early stages. They have great ideas, but when it’s time to communicate what their project is (values, tone, personality, positioning) things get fuzzy. I wanted to create a tool that delivers the clarity of a brand strategist and copywriter, but powered by AI and accessible in under 30 seconds.
What it does
BrandDNA 3000 takes a single, short input (brand name + optional description + vibe keywords) and instantly generates a complete brand identity snapshot. It outputs:
• 3 Core Values • 1 Brand Metaphor • 1 Tagline • 3 Tone of Voice descriptors • 1 Audience Takeaway • 3 Hashtags
Perfect for use in pitch decks, landing pages, socials, and internal strategy docs.
How we built it
I designed a carefully engineered prompt optimized for Bolt’s one-shot format. It combines branding frameworks (Golden Circle, Archetypes, Sinek’s "Start With Why") with a copywriting twist to make the output emotionally compelling and practically useful. We tested dozens of configurations and edge cases to ensure high-quality, consistent results across various industries and vibes.
Challenges we ran into
• Finding the right balance between structure and creativity in the prompt. • Ensuring high-quality output even when the user input is minimal or vague. • Making the app useful for Web3 projects, SaaS tools, physical products, and abstract concepts alike. • Keeping the language engaging, brand-appropriate, and never boring across different use cases.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
• Created a brand strategy tool that works instantly with zero learning curve. • The output is not just functional, it feels personal, inspiring, and pitch-ready. • Makes branding fun and accessible to builders who usually find it intimidating or “fluffy.” • Works seamlessly with Bolt’s one-prompt constraint without compromising on creativity.
What we learned
• Great prompt engineering is a form of creative strategy. • Constraints (like “one-shot”) can actually drive better UX and sharper product thinking. • Branding doesn’t have to be long or expensive, it just has to feel true. • With the right framework, AI can unlock clarity that even humans struggle to reach quickly.
What's next for BrandDNA 3000
• Multilingual support for brand identities in Spanish, French, Japanese, and beyond. • Export to deck-ready slides (Notion, Google Slides or Pitch format). • A “Brand Moodboard Generator” to pair the identity with visuals + palettes. • Option to generate variant outputs: edgy, corporate, playful, minimalist, etc. • API access for startup studios, agencies, and no-code tool integrations.
The long-term vision: make brand clarity a one-click experience for everyone, everywhere.
