Inspiration
The Digital Global Advertising marketplace is $647 Billion (2023). A large amount of advertising and sponsorship spending is not informed by data. Finding appropriate and effective sponsor partnerships can be streamlined by matching using GenAI / RAG search. Draft content can be rapidly created using services such as RunwayML or Pika Labs.
What it does
Provide a marketplace for talent, influencers and celebrities, to license use of their digital likeness (image and or voice) to brands for use in marketing content. The marketplace uses a GenAI with RAG to search and provide options for the purchaser based on the affinity of the buyer with the talent. Pricing is dynamic based on the affinity.
The marketplace will also store models (3d scans and audio) for the talent. These models can be used with (GenAI) to generate draft marketing content based on the requirements provided by the brand.
How we built it
The application was built using Figma, then as a python website - we used Kindo AI and would enhance the application using Kindo's RAG search once we have the social media/affinity data available.
Challenges we ran into
Social media data for affinity scoring is available via several paid API/data providers, but was not available to us for this challenge. We have mocked the data.

Rapidly identifying an opportunity to disrupt and improve a multi-billion dollar industry.
What we learned
There is trememdous value in the hackathon methodology. We came together as a group without a pre-formed idea. During the breakfast and first hour of the hackathon we considered several different concepts, narrowed it down based on technical feasibility and economic viability of the concepts and then committed to our solution. The next 2 hours was spent designing the application and user flows. We let each team member focus on their speciality to yield the best overall solution.
What's next for Brand Marketing SAAS marketplace
User authentication and profile pages (talent plus brand). Automatic generation of draft advertising content. Incorporation of social media/affinity data to RAG search.
