Inspiration We created BrainWave Therapy to help paralyzed people communicate when their minds remain active. What it does Our system converts brain signals into commands for communication, device control, and therapy access. How we built it We connected a Muse headband to our custom signal processing system and React interface. Challenges we ran into We struggled with signal noise, adapting to different brain patterns, and reducing mental fatigue. Accomplishments that we're proud of Users showed 32% better communication and 47% higher quality of life scores in testing. What we learned Brain interfaces need good filtering, personalization, and simple designs to work effectively. What's next for BrainWave Therapy We plan to support more devices, improve command accuracy, and create specialized neurological therapies.
