Inspiration
You think going to the doctor with every tiny uncommon point on your skin is annoying or overdone?Melanoma is the most serious type of skin cancer causing over 60.000 deaths per year, even tho it is one of the more seldom types. If you would check your skins routinely and therefore recognise critical regions early, you can reduce the risk of dying by 99%. What if you could do it all by yourself it home just with your smartphone?
What it does
The App gathers some basic data about the client: age, biological gender and the body part on which the conspicuous part of the skin is. Afterwards the user photographs the spot and sends it to our machine learning model. This well trained model calculates the likeability of this spot being melanoma. Afterwards the patient sees the result and can take further steps regarding the result.

At the beginning we were a team of 5 -> 1 got flu -> the other 2 are not responding anymore till now, so our project is basically incomplete
