What it does

Segmenting tumor in brain MRI scans and then visualizing it using 3D models

How we built it

We used tensorflow for modelling and simple itk for visualization and python for volumetric analysis.

Challenges we ran into

Volummetric analysis was quite hard and survivability is a tough task to determine

Accomplishments that we're proud of

3D rendering of the brain and tumor using segmented images made by our model.

What we learned

We greatly improved our ml skills and learnt more about the python libraries

What's next for Brain Tumor Segmentation and 3D Reconstruction

We are hoping to add slicing, better UI and tumor classification for better survival analysis.
