Inspiration

The idea inspiration came from one friend of mine who was looking for a GPT-type solution but will only answer questions related to academics only.

What it does

The chatbot helps students who are studying in grades 11 and 12 with the Science and Commerce fields. The chatbot is trained on CBSE study material, and it only answers to questions related to the subject. I have built two chatbots, one for Science Students and the other for Commerce students.

How I built it

The website is built using Bolt.new including all navigation, sections, footer, all copywriting etc, and The chatbot is built using Zapier, as mentioned before I have built 2 separate chatbots so each chatbot is well prompted on how to analyse, think, answer and also what not to respond so that it only answers to acedemic queries only.

Challenges I ran into

Honestly, building a website wasn't a challenge, Bolt.new is best when it comes to building landing page or a website, it understoods what I wanted and also helped me customise as per my need, the challenge was to make chatbot answer only to acedemic queries so it took time to refine the prompt.

Accomplishments that I am proud of

Even though I am not a full-stack developer, I was able to build this entire project in less than a week, and was able to deploy my project easily. I gave it to my school as my last memory.

What I learned

I learned to better prompt and also to make a good-looking website using AI tools like Bolt.new.

What's next for Brain Byte

As I have bought a domain, brainbyte.in and connected it with my project, I am thinking of maybe starting a blog and write about latest news and AI tools which can help students and teachers.
