What it is. Roundra turns a list of names into a playable tournament in seconds - single/double elimination, round robin (± playoff), Swiss, king of the hill, group stage, ladder - with real seeding, best-of series, and tiebreakers. Its standout is the Local Event run-desk: schedule matches across multiple stations/courts with match/buffer/break timing and live status (ready, checked-in, live, delayed, forfeit), so one person can run an office ping-pong day or a local esports night without a spreadsheet. Full-screen Presentation mode for a TV; PDF/CSV/HTML export; 33 languages; fully offline; 155 automated tests.

What we built during Build Week with Codex (Jul 13–21). We: (1) executed a major UI/UX overhaul (Jul 14 session); (2) completed the iOS platform port and release hardening, submitted to App Store review Jul 19; (3) fixed cross-platform layout and gesture issues found in release QA.

How Codex contributed. Codex owned the mechanical breadth of the port - native config, per-screen layout fixes across 8 tournament formats, edge-to-edge/safe-area behavior - while we directed format logic, event-ops workflow design, and what "running a real event" needs. The 155-test suite gated every Codex change.

Why it matters. Every bracket app draws brackets. Nobody helps you run the day - courts, delays, no-shows, "when do I play?" Roundra is the run-desk in your pocket.
