We watched Rp957 billion in aid-linked accounts flow into online gambling while 228,000 families were struck off assistance rolls, then saw the same leak in disaster fundraising: Rp1.5 billion in Samosir flood relief lost 34 percent to diversion before reaching survivors. Punishment after the fact keeps failing, so we built Bound to prevent misuse by construction. Donations become spending rights redeemable only at whitelisted stores, which means every rupiah is locked to recovery at the spending moment instead of audited after it disappears.
