Inspiration

BoulderHealth was inspired by the need to revolutionize personal health management. The frustration of long wait times for medical appointments and the reliance on generic online health advice motivated us to create a solution that offers personalized preliminary healthcare advice, empowering individuals to take control of their health.

What it does

BoulderHealth is a cutting-edge app that provides personalized health assessments based on each user's unique lifestyle and medical history. It transforms the waiting period before medical appointments into an empowering experience by offering tailored, reliable, and contextually relevant health insights, including preliminary healthcare advice. Users can input their symptoms, habits, and concerns, and the AI analyzes this data to provide informed, evidence-based health advice.

How we built it

For now, we have conducted extensive research and designed the complete prototype on Figma. We have meticulously planned the user interface and user experience to ensure that BoulderHealth is intuitive and user-friendly. Our next steps involve the development phase, where we will bring this prototype to life using web technology and AI technology.

Challenges we ran into

While working on BoulderHealth, our primary challenge was to design a prototype that effectively represents our vision. Ensuring that the user interface and experience align with our goals required careful planning and design. Additionally, we needed to consider the feasibility of implementing advanced AI technology to provide preliminary healthcare advice.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Our proudest accomplishment is successfully creating a comprehensive prototype for BoulderHealth. This prototype serves as a strong foundation for our future development efforts. We take pride in our commitment to addressing the challenge of long medical appointment wait times and providing users with personalized preliminary healthcare advice.

What we learned

During the prototyping phase of BoulderHealth, we learned valuable lessons about user-centered design and the importance of a seamless user experience. We also gained insights into the potential of AI in healthcare and the significance of data privacy and security.

What's next for BoulderHealth

The next phase for BoulderHealth involves transitioning from the prototype to the development of the full-fledged application. We plan to implement and make use of openAI and Gemeni AI, integrate with health tracking devices, and refine the user interface based on user feedback. Ensuring compliance with healthcare data standards like HIPAA will remain a priority to maintain user trust and data security. Our goal is to launch BoulderHealth as a powerful tool for personalized healthcare management.
