Botzilla – Your AI-Powered Slack Companion
BotZilla is a zero-frontend, Slack-native SaaS built in under 24 hours, designed to tackle real remote work challenges like burnout, disconnection, and meeting fatigue. With a one-click install, it's frictionless to onboard—no new platform, no user training, just plug into the Slack workspace teams already use daily.
Unlike Discord, where monetization is limited by free-tier users, Slack gives us access to real companies with real budgets. At just $2/user/month, even modest adoption can scale to $20K+ in MRR. Growth is inherently viral within orgs—one install brings in hundreds of employees instantly.
Most importantly, we didn’t start with a solution looking for a problem. We focused on a real pain point: improving mental well-being in remote teams. BotZilla is a smart, scalable, and deeply integrable microSaaS with instant product-market fi built for the remote-first future.
Features
/breathe – Mental Reset
Sends a calming animation and puts the user on Do Not Disturb for 10 minutes to take a mindful pause.
/retro – Sprint Retrospective Collector
Opens a modal to collect what went well, what didn’t, and suggestions — anonymously stored for end-of-sprint summaries.
/retrosummary – Retro Summary
Generates a markdown-style summary of all retro feedback for the current sprint and posts it back to the channel.
/vibecheck – Mood Tracker
Lets users express their daily mood. If a sad vibe is detected, Botzilla gently responds with resources and support.
/vibesummary – Anonymous Vibe Recap
Aggregates the day’s vibes into a single anonymized report for the team.
/standup – Async Daily Standups
Collects what you did yesterday, what you’re doing today, and any blockers. Stores it for a team summary.
/standup-summary – Standup Snapshot
Posts the entire team’s updates in a clean summary format.
/linklibrarian – Smart Link Aggregator
Categorizes any link (doc, blog, tool, etc.), tags it using GPT, and saves it to a lightweight SQLite database.
