RestoSol
Overview of proposed solution RestoSol is basically a huge virtual restaurant management solution which will give a tool to restaurant owners and staff to manage each and every corner of their restaurant. It is not only manages sales data like any other POS, It leverages a lot other features like Predictive production handling, Automatic material management and many more. Details are given below in the document. Modules

Module wise Description
Raw Material Management Raw materials consists of all the items which are uncooked and used for the production of various dishes like grains, cereals, vegetables, milk, curd, Spices, Breads, flour etc. This module will keep track the quantity of all the raw items in the database The software will be connected to containers holding raw materials which will update the system automatically the available quantity and remaining Quantity. System will automatically generate an alarm for the Items which are about to finish System can also send order timely to vendor automatically for the items which are less. System will generate physical reports for the Materials to be ordered
Production analysis and Forecasting
The biggest challenge of food industry is the production forecasting. The questions like ‘when to produce’ and ‘how much quantity is to produce’ are the biggest one. RestoSol will give you an approximate calculation of the Quantity to be produced and the timeline for the production. It will analyze previous year sales data and generate a chart on the basis of production and consumption of the items With the help of the data, it will work on one algorithm and generate a predictive report for future production and sales. (It can be in a chart form). The report will help manager to plan production of food items. It will not only increase sales level but also lessen the wastage.
Staff Management
This module is work as Human Resource module which will maintain data for all the employees working in the Restaurant. It will keep records of all the staff with their address details, roles responsibilities and designations etc. It will keep track the attendance of the staff coming daily. It will keep track the leaves of the staff members It will keep record of salary structure of the employees and keep track of salary released on monthly basis. Generate Salary Slip of Employees. Every Employee has an account in his Mobile as App. Where he can manage his salary details, Apply leaves. Edit and modify his/her contact details. Also he has screens according to his/ her roles. Everything will be handy.
Customer Management
RestoSol also manages Customer data. It will keep the records of all customers arrive there like name and contact details. It will maintain their favorite dishes data and also maintain their likes and dislikes. It will keep track customer feedback and analyze to generate charts to work on. It will maintain offers and membership to special customers. Discounts as well. Sales Management This module will keep track all the sales orders and manages the data. Create and maintain Sales orders from Mobile, Tablet and system. Prioritize Sales order to according to the criteria set. Update statuses of Sales order like ordered process or completed Module will be linked to Production Analysis and Forecasting module and Waste management module to provide data.
Vendor Management
This module will be linked to the Vendors who provide raw materials and other items of the kitchens like kitchen hardware Module will keep the record of all the Vendors with their contact details. Module will be linked to ‘Raw material management’ Module with linking between Raw materials, Kitchen Hardware and Vendors. System will send Order mail to Vendors automatically if Raw materials weight reach to the threshold.
General Ledger
Module will Keep track of all the transactions happening in the Kitchen. Transaction will be like Sales transaction Vendor Transactions Purchase transaction Raw material transaction.
