Online shopping websites often feel complex and time-consuming for users, especially when navigating between multiple pages or searching for specific information. Customers want a faster, more personalized, and interactive way to explore products and pages.
💡 Proposed Solution
We built an AI-powered e-commerce assistant that combines voice and chat interaction to make online shopping more intuitive. Users can simply speak or type commands like “Go to About page”, “Show me shoes under 1000”, or “What are the latest offers?” — and the AI bot will respond instantly or navigate automatically.
The system uses natural language processing (NLP) and ChatGPT integration to understand user intent, perform smart navigation, and provide product recommendations — creating a seamless, hands-free shopping experience.
