We were impressed by BBCC’s work where many doctors contribute for free to help those in need. We wanted to become part of this through a symbolic contribution focused on the marketing side of the business. We started gathering primary data through several interviews that we conducted with the administrative and medical staff at BBCC. Then, we continued with secondary data focused on economic conditions of homeless people in Massachusetts. Based on the data, we built a marketing plan focused on increasing the number of chiropractic doctors to volunteer at the clinic. Some of the challenges were the lack of time and limited information. We overcame these challenges by dividing the tasks and contacting directly BBCC’s staff members. We created video ads, email templates, sign up forms, and flyers that the company can use for future events to increase awareness and attract more doctors. We learned how to integrate our ideas and made a structured marketing plan in a fast and efficient way, networked with amazing people, and saw how a small contribution may impact many lives. To sum up, we suggest BBCC to promote the amazing work their current doctors do and to attract others through various marketing channels.
