This short film was born from my curiosity to explore how artificial intelligence can recreate the magical and eerie atmosphere of Halloween. I was inspired by the idea of blending the traditional — witches, pumpkins, night, and mystery — with the contemporary: new digital tools capable of imagining impossible worlds. I wanted to show that AI can be a creative ally, not just a machine, and that with the right direction it can evoke deeply human emotions.
Throughout the process, I learned to use different image and video generation platforms to build a coherent narrative from prompts, lighting, and visual style. I discovered the importance of precision in language and aesthetic sensitivity when guiding a tool that does not feel, but can learn from our intentions.
The project’s development involved experimenting with styles, textures, and characters until I achieved a cinematic look that evokes both mystery and nostalgia. I then edited and assembled the scenes to create a short film with rhythm, coherence, and atmosphere, paying attention to every transition and sound.
One of the main challenges was balancing human creativity with the unpredictable interpretations of AI. Sometimes the results were astonishing, other times frustrating — but that collaboration between human and artificial intelligence became part of the project’s magic. I learned that the art of the future is not about replacement, but alliance.
