Inspiration

We wanted to create a website with multiple mini games for those times when you're too bored to do anything remotely productive. We think all our games are fairly intuitive and easy for anyone to play and enjoy!

What it does

Provides several games hosted on the main website, including Bear Simulator, Doodle Board, Would You Rather?, CIRCLES, and Watch a Thing.

How we built it

We used JavaScript for the games and HTML for the website. Each team member made a game, and Prisha constructed the website.

Challenges we ran into

Learning how to use p5js, including how to manipulate framerate, creating shapes and background colors, etc.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Learning how to use the cosine function to allow Ben the Bear to roam the plains of Iceland in his imagination, when in fact he still lives in Anchorage, Alaska.

What's next for BoredGames.Bear

We plan to add more games, update the host website interface and introduce a form where users can submit games that will be added to the website under the "Fan - Added Games" section.
