BoomBust was built through an agentic workflow that matched each AI agent to its strongest role.
ChatGPT shaped the plan: product framing, gameplay ideas, system direction, and iteration strategy.
Claude drove the prototype and visual layer: aesthetic UI/UX, screen composition, and the polished player-facing flow.
Codex handled the core backend: domain logic, turn state machine, economy engine, API contracts, persistence, SignalR integration, and tests.
The team used the agents harmoniously instead of sequentially. Claude and Codex shared context across frontend and backend work, letting each agent use the other's output while staying focused on its own strength. Other lightweight models supported smaller research, wording, and acceleration tasks.
The result is a value-driven hackathon app: agentic collaboration produced a playable, full-stack game faster than a single-agent or single-role workflow could.
