Inspired by the Corona Crisis and remote work. Waiting in front of shops, Abstand-Halten and Flatten the Curve besides Digital Stadt initiative were the trigger. Paper work is outdated but Automation and Digitalization are here to benefit KMUs

What it does

The Micro-Digital Package starts with BookTermin: a Digital platform (SaaS) that enables customers to schedule appointments virtually and physically. To empower Shops to manage these appointments with clients in easy way. Adapt your business through these difficult times and never lose a customer! Easier Scheduling and communication with your clients through Your BookTermin.

Therefore, BookTermin is offering a versatile reliable solution through: – Efficient use of resources by having less physical interactions. – Paperless check-in to shops. – Utilise the time for employees through less calling. – Automation of searching process if infection is detected

The value: – Better statistics and insights. – More convenience for customers so better sales – Better probability for avoiding other lockdowns. – Social support for the society. – Adopting Digitalization as a good driver for economy. (Role Model & Corporate Image) – An extension to your online shop and eCommerce strategy.

How we built it

I started this project since May 2020 with an outsourced team to deliver an easy to use SaaS platform.

Challenges we ran into

Adopting the Solution in a wide spread for Einzelhandel. The need is there but Marketing and Sales is challenging.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The Platform is almost ready to be used in all shops and can add value as of plug and play.

What we learned

Execution and operations is a big deal for technology platforms if they are not being backed properly from the State entities.

Further Development and Marketing till we cover the gap on the market and provide the digitalization SMEs needed affordably and effeciently. We overcome corona and we digitalize Shopping. :)
