Inspiration

Procurement compliance investigations often require analysts to manually search lengthy policy documents, verify applicable clauses, and draft response letters. This process is repetitive, time-consuming, and prone to inconsistencies.

AdmnWizard KnowledgeOS was created to streamline this workflow by combining enterprise knowledge retrieval with AI-assisted analysis while keeping humans in control of final decisions through UiPath Maestro and Action Center.

What it Does

The solution performs an end-to-end procurement compliance investigation workflow:

Challenges We Ran Into

Designing an end-to-end Maestro workflow with Human-in-the-Loop approvals. Mapping API Workflow outputs into Maestro process variables. Connecting Action Center forms with workflow outputs. Structuring procurement knowledge for evidence-backed AI responses. Ensuring policy retrieval remained transparent through cited clauses and source documents.
