Inspiration

I got inspiration from the App Ideas post in the Freshworks developer portal.

What it does

It allows users to bookmark tickets and using Natural Language Processing we extract text and let our Machine Learning model suggest the suitable bookmarked ticket.

How I built it

I built it using vanilla JavaScript, FDK, brainjs for Machine Learning.

Challenges I ran into

The building at the last minute was tough. I built this app in three hours. So, had to push my limits.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I'm proud that I'm able to build this app as a Mechanical Engineering student😁.

And I'm also proud that I submitted 4 different apps for Freshservice working solo.

What I learned

Set huge impossible goals => Do small possible steps => Hurray, you've achieved the impossible goal.

What's next for Bookmarks

1. Improvising the machine learning model (currently its accuracy is less).
2. Adding more customization in text fields.
3. Making UI more simple and intuitive (I know currently it's not that nice).
