Bookify

Inspiration - we all enjoy reading books and listening to music, so we thought this would be an interesting combination of the two

What it does - creates a community of book lovers to connect their literature interests to movies and music as well as raise interest in reading

How we built it - used google colab with python code (backend) and Squarespace for website mockup (frontend)

Challenges we ran into - were not able to connect front end to back end

Accomplishments that we're proud of - able to fully visualize what the UI would look like, and applying python in a new way

What we learned - data analysis, website creation, python used for data recognition and visualization

What's next for Bookify - connecting frontend to backend to create a fully working product, add a fully working user interface
