Inspiration

The folly of looking for a textbook on the UW Textbook exchange.

What it does

Allows users to buy, sell and swap textbooks. Alerts you if someone is selling a textbook you need and could swap for one of the ones you're selling. Allows you to post textbook for sale before the quarter/semester is over, so that you can find a buyer for your book in advance. Additionally, you can arrange to buy books from people long before you need them, so you won't need to resort to the bookstore at the end of the quarter because you couldn't find a student selling right before the next term starts.

How I built it

We used Wix.com, html and css to design. Every member of the team designed several pages.

Challenges I ran into

We had no backend experience between us, so we decided to focus on design.
