Inspiration

I was inspired by the book "The Beautiful Math of Coral" which is by a women black author who studied STEM and she talks about underrepresented minorities in her novel.

What it does

Telling a story about data.. well requires the actual story. With Book AR, any STEM-focused book about social and equity issues within STEM you scan with your mobile device or tablet populates data charts, graphs, and facts pertaining to that book. Just bring the mobile camera to the book cover and join in on the conversation.

I built it through Unity and my android. I ran into actually populating the data charts when the camera hovers overs the cover but I am glad to learn more about AR through this project.
