Our project addresses the financing gap facing Italian SMEs since the 2008 crisis, worsened by tighter bank lending. We propose tokenized project bonds linked to CapEx, R&D, and innovation, creating a secondary market that adds liquidity to traditionally illiquid assets through the issuance and trading of security tokens.
